Delivery & Returns

Our standard UK delivery time is 3-5 working days, however, if you need your order to arrive quicker, please do let us know and we'll move mountains to get it to you. We know our customers are often buying gifts for special occasions, so we always try to get those all-important parcels out in time. Please note that international deliveries may take up to 10 days. Please contact us if you'd like to enquire about delivery times to your country.

We are confident you and your little one will love your new Wonderlings product, but if for some reason you don't, we offer a 14 day no-quibble return policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

In order for us to process your return, your item will need to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts (for reasons not due to our error), we may not be able to provide a full refund. This also applies to any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please don't send your purchase back to anyone else, apart from us here at Wonderlings.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item for any reason, please send us an email at and then send your item to: Wonderlings, 74 Westbourne Road, Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, CF64 3HB, UK.

Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable, so you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs involved in returning the item.

Please bear in mind that depending on where you live, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.

If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There's no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll send you an email to notify you that it has arrived safely. If everything is in order, we will also let you know that your refund is on it's way to you. 

Once your refund is processes, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you're waiting for a refund and haven’t received it yet, please contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please remember there is often some processing time before a refund is posted, so it's a good idea to double check with your bank too.
